International Legal Framework – ESNNA

  1. What does ESNNA mean?

The Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) is a problem that seriously affects the fundamental rights of children and adolescents. It consists of using minors in acts or performances of a sexual or erotic nature to satisfy the interests or desires of others in exchange for financial gain or other forms of payment. It implies recognizing abusive behavior against children and adolescents, in which they are deprived of their most basic rights.
