TURISMO MI PERU TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure

Once you have chosen your program, please read these terms and conditions, as your booking is subject to them. This contract is accepted once TURISMO MI PERU S.A. (trading name: TURISMO MI PERU) receives approval from both parties and includes the deposit/advance payment and booking confirmation from the company.

Bookings must be made at least one month in advance to ensure the best schedules and itineraries and avoid any issues.

For security reasons, we only accept bookings made through our website or via the links within our website (sub-channels).

To make a reservation with TURISMO MI PERU S.A. (trade name: TURISMO MI PERU S.A.), a 50% deposit is required. We use secure, formally registered payment methods for this deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival in Cusco, at which time you will receive all your printed tickets once the full amount has been paid.

For tour packages including hostels and 1- or 2-star hotels, a 50% deposit is required.

For tour packages including 3- or 4-star hotels, the hotel requires a 100% deposit. Only the tour package itself requires a 50% deposit.

Once the full payment is received, the company will send a confirmation email to your address. This document serves as a guarantee for the client, who must review and reconfirm that everything is correct. If there are any issues, please correct them to ensure approval from both parties.

All modifications must be made one week in advance, except for Machu Picchu, which is subject to penalties and/or the loss of 100% of the payment. This will depend on availability at the time of booking.

For Machu Picchu, all modifications must be made 15 days in advance and are subject to penalties and availability. If the changes are not available, the total cost will be lost.

Finally, to reconfirm your reservation, please send the following information:

Full name, passport number, nationality, gender, age, and any allergies, medical conditions, illnesses, physical requirements, dietary preferences, etc. Please also inform us of any other relevant information not already available.

If your tour package reservation includes a hotel/accommodation, it is subject to availability. If the requested hotel is unavailable, the company will find another hotel of similar category and cost, which will be confirmed via your personal email or another method you authorize.

The company reserves the right to accept last-minute reservations (within 48 hours) or to reject them. This right is exercised after an evaluation upon the passenger’s/client’s arrival. In this situation, the company will explain the conditions if the service is accepted or if it is no longer possible.

Cancellations.

In case of cancellation by the client, this must be notified in writing to TURISMO MI PERU S.A. Please note that the program deposit is non-refundable. Such notification will only be considered if your letter or email is received, as we can only act upon receipt of such notification. Please indicate the reason for the cancellation.

If the cancellation notification is received 45 or more days before the tour departure, the client will be charged a penalty of 20% of the tour package price. For notifications received within 45 days of departure, the cancellation fees are as follows:

Cancellations received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or non-working holidays will not be considered as the cancellation date; the first working day of the following week will be considered. We cannot provide any subsidies or refunds for meals, rooms, tours, etc., not taken or consumed when these are included in the tour price. No refunds can be given for lost, misplaced, or destroyed travel tickets. No refunds will be issued for canceled or unused services.

These terms and conditions are mutually agreed upon by the client and/or the company, as evidenced in the emails.
